When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details via email and/or SMS.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders within India are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Are Candy Crab sunglasses UV protected?
Where specified, our sunglasses are equipped with UV400 protection. Please refer to the individual product page for complete specifications.
Are the colours exactly the same as shown online?
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
Do you offer prescription sunglasses?
Currently, Candy Crab does not offer prescription lenses.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs and an unboxing video. We'll review your request as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.
Shipping
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We currently deliver across India.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment. We're working on expanding internationally in the future.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Candy Crab does not currently offer a separate commercial warranty. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us promptly in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Creator Club
Do I need a certain number of followers to apply?
No.
We believe creativity matters more than follower count. If you create authentic, high-quality content, we'd love to hear from you.
How do I join the Creator Club?
Simply complete the Creator Club application form available on our website. Our team reviews every application individually.
