All payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways.

Candy Crab does not store your complete payment card details.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery is offered.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, government actions, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not make Candy Crab liable for compensation.
