Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging, accessories and inserts. Return shipping for preference-based returns or exchanges may need to be covered by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Order?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep your order number, product and packaging photos, and an unboxing video showing the unopened package and the issue. Candy Crab will cover return shipping for verified damaged, defective or incorrect orders.
